Returns
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to be eligible for an exchange due to size. You must send an email notifying us you want an exchange within the time window. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Policy
ShopAyeKee.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Atlanta, Georgia via USPS. ShopAyeKee.com ships to all 50 U.S. states as well as International shipping and follows the standard methods available by USPS.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
